So what is a registered training organisation (RTO) and why is this relevant?
Only registered training organisations have met and complied with the Australian Quality Training Framework standards and are able to deliver courses that award a nationally recognised qualification or statement of attainment. These standards are monitored by the relevant state regulatory bodies to ensure that RTO's comply and continue to offer quality training.

We have addressed this in our latest course which we have specifically designed as a future pathway for technicians and therapists already holding competencies to achieve nationally recognised qualifications as a Hair or Beauty trainer. By successfully completing our Certificate IV TAE 40110 - Training and Assessment tailored to the Hair and Beauty industry you will be confident to deliver training to individuals or groups of learners either in your workplace or a RTO with Hair or Beauty qualifications within their scope.
Who are our trainers?
Our trainers are industry experts who remain actively employed within in their vocational area such has Hairdressing and/or Beauty. Why is this important? You don't want to be trained by someone who hasn't kept up to date with industry changes. You want to hit the ground running with the confidence your training has been relevant to your chosen career pathway. Many RTOs offer the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, however this training usually involves broad context with little to no relevance regarding the Hair and Beauty industries.
