Le Spa (The Learning Environment Spa) is an opportunity provided to students of ACAA to practice their skills as they develop competency in units throughout their study.
This course is suitable for individuals who apply a broad range of administrative competencies in varied work contexts, using some discretion and judgement. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.
This course is considered an entry level qualification for those who wish to work as an accounts payable/receivable clerk or junior personal assistant. People returning to work after an absence or those seeking a career change would benefit from studying this course. This course is suitable for those who have a general interest in finances within an office environment. This is also an ideal course to commence if you are still completing Year 11 or Year 12 as you will earn credit points towards your QCE (see our VET in Schools Program for more details).
This course is offered part time, distance education or blended delivery or as a VET in Schools program.
To achieve this qualification you must successfully complete all 13 units of competency comprising 2 core units, plus 7 administration units and 4 electives chosen by the college. This course also contains mandatory work placement to ensure that the theory is supported by real world experiences.
