Our simple 5 step enrolment process will have you joining classes without confusion or delay. If you have your student prospectus, then you have already made the first step. Congratulations, now the rest is easy! Follow the following steps and we hope to see you soon.

How do you get started?

Step 1

You need JavaScript enabled to view it or by phoning 1300 065 576 and we will send you a prospectus with all the information you need about our courses, campus, staff and policies so you can choose the right course for you.

Step 2

Once you have decided on what course best suits your dreams and goals, phone the campus to arrange a time for our friendly enrolment officers to help you through the enrolment process.

Step 3

Every person is important to us at Advanced Education Colleges. Our trainers want to meet you and get to know you more so that we can make sure your training is tailored to your needs. We will involve you to attend an informal interview with trainers and the Principal. If distance is a problem, then that is no problem. We can also chat over the phone and via email at your convenience. We want to make sure that you have chosen the right pathway using the best study options for you!

Step 4

Once you have received your letter of offer, we suggest you secure your position in your chosen courses as soon as you are able. This is particularly important for classroom students. As places are limited in the classroom, places can only be held for 2 weeks. Second round offers will be processed two weeks from the date of the first round.

Step 5

Get resourced up! All our students at Advanced Education Colleges are issued with study materials with each module. You will be ready to start your study and move closer to your career goals!
